All training rooms are equipped with up-to-date hardware (both Sun and PC machines running Solaris, Linux and Windows) providing a calm, professional environment that is conducive to learning.

Internet access is provided to help delegates stay in touch when away from the office.

All of our instructors are trained and certified by IBM, BMC, Operax and AlarmPoint and are continually monitored to ensure standards are consistently met.
