The IBM Pulse conference is the industry's premiere Service Management event focusing primarily on IBM's Tivoli, Netcool and Maximo products. 2008 was the first year of the now annual Pulse conference and was hosted at Disneyland, Florida. As usual, Mibtree was there in force and we sponsored the event with an exhibition stand where we met many friends and customers and absorbed much information from the excellent presentations laid on by IBM.
